Long Night of Science

The Long Night of Science will take place in Magdeburg on June 8, 2024.

Magdeburg’s universities and science institutes, as well as numerous other partners, invite visitors to take a look behind the scenes of their laboratories and workshops on that day.

Long Night of Science in Magdeburg

Under the motto “Knowledge. From here.” numerous institutions, research facilities, universities and laboratories invite visitors to take a look behind the scenes of science and research. With numerous activities, lectures and experiments, science fans young and old can visit places that are otherwise not so easily accessible. The topics range from sustainability, mobility and robotics to medical technology and water management. The hub of the Long Night is Magdeburg’s Port of Science.
